Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Away Band Camp will be August 18-23, 2013
Location: Shrine Mont at Orkney Springs (www.shrinemont.com)
Check-in is Sunday, Aug. 18, at 9:00 am in the Auditorium Lobby at TJ**
A parent should accompany each student through the check-in process
Buses depart TJ at 11:00 am EDT for Shrine Mont
Buses will return to TJ at approx. 11:30 am EDT on Friday, August 23
Please note: Cell phones do not work at Shrine Mont. We will provide
information on how to reach us through the Shrine Mont office in case of
an emergency.
Mandatory “Home Camp” Rehearsals at TJ continue:
Saturday, August 24 (10:00 am – 3:00 pm)
Monday through Thursday, Aug. 26-29 (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
**Our standard procedure is to have parents check in medications on Sunday and pick up the remaining medications when we return on Friday. And if you need to carpool, we can make alternate arrangements–just let us know in advance.
